PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. The Organic Silicon Defoamer is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silicone resin, white carbon black, dispersing agent and stabilizer, etc.

Organic Silicon Defoamer is composed of dispersant and stabilizer, low dosage, good acid and alkali resistance, stable chemical properties, easy to disperse in water, effectively prevent bacterial growth. The properties are stable during storage.
HOW TO USE?

Step 1
Defoamer can be added after foam generated as foam suppression components according to the different system, usually the dosage is from 10 to 1000 PPM, the best dosage according to particular case decided by the customer.

Defoamer can be used directly, also can be used after dilution.

3.If in the foaming system, it can fully mixing and dispersion, then add the agent directly, without dilution.

For dilution, cannot add water into it directly, it is easy to appear layer and demulsification and affect the product quality.

Diluted with water directly or other incorrect consequences method , our company will not bear the responsibility.
APPLICATION
1. Used in Papermaking Industry
Papermaking chemical pulping high temperature vacuum or pressure in the defoaming in pulp washing machine.
2.Used in Textile printing
Textile printing, paste, ink formulation process, for foam generated when printing scraper patterns in fabrics.
3. Used in Wastewater Treatment

Stored temperature10-30℃, it can’t be placed in the sun.
Cannot add acid, alkali, salt and other substances.
This product will appear layer after a long time storage, but it will not be affected after stir.
It will be frozen under 0℃, it will not be affected after stir.
