PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ammonia nitrogen remover is a chemical used to treat ammonia nitrogen pollution in water bodies. It works by involving the processes of ammonia nitrogen conversion, adsorption and precipitation.

First, the chemicals in the ammonia nitrogen remover are able to react with the ammonia nitrogen in the water. These chemicals are usually highly effective adsorbents for ammonia nitrogen that adsorb the ammonia nitrogen molecules dissolved in water onto particles or surfaces. This process can be accomplished through physical or chemical interactions between the adsorbent and the ammonia nitrogen.

Second, ammonia nitrogen removers can also convert ammonia nitrogen into other forms, such as nitrogen gas or nitrogen oxides (e.g., nitrites and nitrates), through the action of a catalyst. These compounds are more readily removed from the water column relative to ammonia-nitrogen and therefore can be more easily removed subsequently during treatment.

In addition, some of the ingredients in ammonia nitrogen removers can react with impurities in the water to form precipitates. These precipitates are able to combine with the ammonia to form larger particles, thus allowing for the removal of ammonia from the water. This process is often referred to as chemical precipitation

In summary, ammonia nitrogen removers work through a number of processes including adsorption, transformation and precipitation. Through these processes, ammonia nitrogen removers can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen pollutants from water bodies, thereby improving water quality. This method is widely used in fields such as sewage treatment, farming and environmental protection.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

  • 01

    Fast reaction speed, the reaction process can be completed in about 10 minutes;

  • 02

    High removal efficiency, compared with other ammonia nitrogen removing agents, it has low addition amount, high solubility, and large removal efficacy;

  • 03

    Easy to add and use, good operability;

  • 04

    It also has the functions of breaking cyanide, breaking heavy metal complex, decoloration of sewage, etc., and at the same time, it reduces part of COD and other auxiliary functions;

  • 05

    The pharmaceutical solution is alkaline, can also be used for PH adjustment, saving the cost of alkali dosage.

HOW TO USE?

Small test program On-site use

01

Step 1

Before normal use, a small trial experiment can be carried out in the laboratory to confirm the use effect and dosage as follows:

02

Step 2

1)Measure 200ml of wastewater respectively;

03

Step 3

2)Add ammonia nitrogen remover (e.g. 100ppm, 200ppm, etc.) sequentially;

04

Step 4

3) Stir for about 10 minutes to let the agents fully react;

05

Step 5

4) Determine the residual ammonia nitrogen value in water.

01

Step 1

[Product configuration]: Engineering use can be configured into a 10% solution, lifting by the pharmaceutical pump;

02

Step 2

[Dosage]: In general, 1KG of this product per ton of wastewater, the value of ammonia nitrogen can be reduced by about 100mg/L; the specific dosage should be calculated according to the content of ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater or determined by a small test.

03

Step 3

[Conditions of use]: It is suitable for PH value range of 1-12, and is recommended to be added after biochemical treatment, and the reaction time is about 10 minutes.

Relationship between the amount added and the removal rate:

Product Adding Dosage(ppm)0100200300400500
