PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Descaling agent is a kind of chemical agent to remove scale, dirt and other stains, which is generally composed of a variety of components. Industrial scale remover is mainly used to remove the dirt in heat exchange equipment, boilers, etc., while household scale remover is mainly used to remove the dirt in drinking fountains.It is widely used in pipeline, boiler, central air conditioning, heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator, refrigerator, air compressor, reaction kettle, smelting furnace, heating system, ceramic, plastic and other non-metallic equipment, which has no pollution to the environment, no damage to the equipment and operators,biodegradable, easy to use, economic and safe.

APPLICATION

● Including but not limited to boilers, washing machines, piping, central air conditioners, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, refrigerators, air compressors, reactors, smelting furnaces, heating systems, and non-metallic equipment such as ceramics and plastics. These Descaling agent are mainly used to clean and protect these equipments to prevent the formation and accumulation of scale, so as to keep the equipments in good operating condition and prolong their service life.

● In the field of boilers, descaling agent are effective in removing scale while reducing the corrosion rate and ensuring safe operation of the equipment. These detergent are usually free of toxic and hazardous substances and can be discharged after simple neutralization treatment, which is environmentally friendly.

● For washing machines, descaling agent are mainly used to clean the internal sandwich of washing machines, removing a large number of stains and molds accumulated over a long period of time, keeping the inside of the machine clean and hygienic, and preventing the growth of bacteria2.

● In the industrial field,descaling agent is widely used in pipelines, central air conditioners, heat exchangers and other equipment, which can thoroughly remove hard-to-clean dirt and mold, keep the equipment in a good running condition and improve working efficiency.

HOW TO USE?

Ultrasonic cleaning

Heat the prepared cleaning agent at a concentration of 5% to 55～56℃ for 3～10 minutes, then rinse with purified water/tap water and dry.

Thermal immersion

Heat 5% to 10% detergent to 70 to 80°C, wash for 5 to 15 minutes, rinse with purified water/tap water, and dry. (Shake the workpiece appropriately during cleaning for better cleaning effect.)

Spraying/wiping by hand

Spraying: Prepare the cleaning agent according to the required concentration, and then put the objects to be cleaned into the spraying machine.
Manual wiping: Generally, the original liquid is diluted 20 times to formulate a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5% to be used. The concentration of cleaning agent is relatively higher when cleaning by hand wiping.

Circulation cleaning of sealing ducts

Depending on the actual situation, put the concentration of 1 to 10-20 times into the circulating water pipeline, and keep circulating for 4-8 hours, then discharge the waste water, and then use water to clean two to three times.

PRECAUTIONS

Please wear gloves when using this product, and pay attention to not splashing into the eyes when using the product and flush with water immediately. Avoid the presence of open flames at the operation site, and keep the cleaning site ventilated.

For the parts with abnormal heat and serious dirt, as well as electrical equipment with sparks when working, and places with special humid environment, please disconnect the power for cleaning.

Please store the product in a cool place without using it, and avoid sunlight.

There will be hardened lumps when stored, does not affect normal use.
