Chlorine Dioxide Products
Chlorine dioxide is a chemical compound with the formula ClO2.This yellowish-green gas crystallizes as bright orange crystals at −59 °C. As one of several oxides of chlorine,it is a potent and useful oxidizing agent used in water treatment and in bleaching.
Dioxide Chlorine Liquid
Product Name: Stable Chlorine Dioxide Liquid
Appearance: Light Yellow Liquid
Content: 5% and 20%
Chlorine dioxide has strong adsorption and penetration ability to the microbial cell wall, can effectively oxidize the thiol-containing enzyme in the cell, and can quickly inhibit the synthesis of microbial protein to destroy the microorganism.

Developed especially for safe and hassle-free preparation of chlorine dioxide, our product is activated and stable in liquid state. Also have tablets or powder that are ready for resolve in water in 2 minutes. These offer the versatility to produce variable liquid concentrates – or creating a vapor to “gas-off” enclosed areas – by simply adjusting the amount of water in the recommended formula.Chlorine dioxide is well-known as an effective agent for oxidizing microorganisms and reducing odor, including hydrogen sulfide (H2S).Commonly used as an alternative to chlorine,ClO2 mitigates odors at the source rather than merely masking them.
Package: 25kg/drum
Drinking Water: Achieves 0.5–1 mg/L active concentration with simple dilution (1:2,800–5,600). Acts in ≥30 minutes to ensure microbiological safety without harmful byproducts.
Process Water & Cooling Towers: Controls biofilm, algae, and bacteria effectively across a wide pH range (4–10) without the corrosiveness of traditional chlorine.
Fruits & Vegetables: Soak with 100 mg/L solution for 15 minutes to reduce pathogens, extend shelf life, and meet food safety standards.
Equipment & Surface Sanitation: Spray or wipe surfaces with 100 mg/L solution; no toxic residues remain after proper use.
General Surface Disinfection: 100 mg/L, 15‑minute contact time, applied by spray or wipe.
Air Disinfection: Spray 100 mg/L solution for ≥60 minutes to reduce airborne microorganisms in enclosed spaces.
Odor Control: Effectively neutralizes hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and other organic odors at the source, not just by masking.
Supplied in 25 kg drums, the liquid form is ideal for facilities requiring bulk dosing, automated dilution systems, or on‑site activation. It can also be used to generate ClO₂ vapor for space fumigation by adjusting dilution ratios.
ADVANTAGES
01
Selective and Effective Disinfection
It targets harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi while being less harmful to the environment and materials compared to chlorine.
02
No Toxic Residue
When properly used, chlorine dioxide breaks down into harmless byproducts such as chloride and oxygen, leaving no toxic residues.
03
Versatile
It is effective over a wide pH range and can be used in various industries, from food safety to water treatment to industrial cleaning.
04
Low Toxicity
Chlorine dioxide is less toxic to humans and animals compared to chlorine gas, making it safer to use in many environments.

HOW TO USE?
01
Step 1
Add 10L clean water to plastic container
02
Step 2
Put 1L clo2 solution into 10L water and stir well.
03
Step 3
After 15-20 minutes, we get ready-to-use 2800mg/L disinfection stock solution.
Then dilute the stock solution according to the following table
| Use Object | Dilution RateMother Solution:Water | Action Concentration(mg/L) | Action Time(Mins) | Using Method |
| General Object Surface | 1:28 | 100 | 15 | Spray Wipe |
| Fruits and Vegetables | 1:28 | 100 | 15 | Soak |
| Drinking Water | 1:2800-5600 | 0.5-1 | ≥30 | Dissolve completely and evenly into water |
| Air Disinfection | 1:28 | 100 | ≥60 | Spray |
Precaution
External disinfectant, not for oral use; placed in a place not easily accessible to children.
When configuring the solution, be sure to put water first and then put the solution, should not be mixed with other disinfectants, alkali or organic substances.
This product has a bleaching effect on fabrics, the use of safe concentration should be noted.
Configure with open plastic or glass, ceramic containers.
High concentration of this product is corrosive to metal, be careful to use it to disinfect the surface of metal objects, if used, it should be rinsed clean with water immediately after disinfection.
Wear gloves and masks when using the product to avoid contact with skin and inhalation of high concentration disinfectant into the respiratory tract; if contact with eyes is accidental, flush with water immediately, and seek medical attention for serious cases.
Storage Conditions
Protected from light, cool, ventilated dry place, away from still explosive storage.
